I am a creative thought partner who specializes in information-gathering, synthesizing, and making things clear through visuals so people see and understand "the big picture."

As a customer experience design leader, I work with teams using a collaborative, human-centered approach to create large-scale digital product and service solutions.

As a graphic facilitator, I work with business and technology teams to visualize and focus on their goals through participatory, hands-on visual thinking (e.g., I design the development and delivery of satisfyingly productive meetings, workshops, and training).

As a graphic recorder, I create real-time visual notes that provide event participants (and non-participants) with clear, memorable, illustrated summaries that keep everyone delightfully informed.

As an instructor, currently with Stanford University, I teach visual communication and visual facilitation skill-building in both corporate and academic settings.

I provide a custom blend of the above skills depending on client needs and objectives.

My clients include Google, Oracle, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Zendesk, General Electric, Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, Johnson & Johnson, Standard & Poor’s, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
